a) To be honest, the problem that inspires me personally is when I see a lot of people from young to old have to experience what is called "hunger" which is enough to hit my heart. Therefore, the first step I can take is to support SDGs programs, one of which is zero hunger, where we can provide food assistance to someone in need.

b) One of the SDGs projects that are related to my current action is zero hunger.

Of course I feel very happy. I really feel happy when I can help them. That sense of humanity began to grow and develop in myself and my heart.

Week Report 4

Week Report 4 

Quick Tip: 

a. In my city, there are a lot of children who grow up on the streets. They do not have proper housing and clothing. But not only children, adults also dominate.

b. I want to eliminate the word "hunger" in our city. I want to create a nation that has sufficient nutrition. Besides that, I also want to help the elderly on the streets so that they can enjoy their old age in a more proper condition. Our support for SOLUSI is described in the following steps:

  Step 1. Start gathering friends to participate to distribute food.

  Step 2. After friends are ready, we start preparing the food ingredients that we will cook.

  Step 3. Then we start cooking in large quantities so that we can also share in larger quantities.

  Step 4. Then when the food is ready, we all start taking to the streets.

  Step 5. As we took to the streets, we began to split up to distribute food, so that all could have it.

DIFFICULTIES: The difficulty we have is when we shop for groceries but the capacity at the shop is limited. So we had to go to a store that was bigger and of course covering a lot longer. Limited time availability is also a challenge in itself for us.

RESULTS: We managed to help parents to children on the streets who were starving. We also managed to train our own humanity to grow and develop. We've also been successful enough to build a sense of solidarity between friends.

REFLECTIONS: We feel very happy when we can help friends who really need our help. To our great relief, they accepted our help without being offended. We hope that what we do can be an inspiration for others to continue to do good in the future. KEEP SPIRIT. Because we all know in heart, That Only Love can Change The World.

SOS4LOVE PROJECT 2020

Zero hunger is a state where a country is without hunger. 

Zero hunger was created of course to eradicate hunger experienced by a country. 

I am Nadia Ananda Dewi Suwaidah. Will give a small description of the sentence in my photo. 

"By having a human spirit and a high sense of solidarity, of course the community can create a better economic change. 

LET'S SPIRIT OF COOPERATION. " 

The point is that every human being must have a human attitude. What is humanity? The human attitude is a universal attitude in which every human being upholds the essence of each other human. 

Protect, protect, and treat each other human beings in accordance with human nature. 

If we have a human attitude, of course when we see other humans who are starving, we will automatically help. If we help each other, the hunger problem will automatically decrease or even disappear. 

Therefore, from now on, let us cultivate high social care souls. Working together to eradicate poverty in our country, we also unite to improve the welfare of those in need. 

Besides that, SDGs have a principle, namely "Leave No One Behind" which means that SDGs want to change the world without exception in order to end poverty, reduce inequality, as well as protect the environment.

It is also related that because of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is hoped that we will be able to progress together to achieve the SDGs target. The SDGs have new goals for the Covid-19 pandemic, one of which is the ICT infrastructure that needs to be optimized, and the expansion of internet technology for poor and vulnerable families.

Therefore, let's build enthusiasm again to help the SDGs achieve the target of a decent life for the whole world.

Tujuan Hidup

Kehidupan manusia pasti tidak akan terlepas dengan yang namanya tujuan hidup. Sangat tidak mungkin apabila kita hidup, namun tak memiliki tujuan hidup. Lalu apakah tujuan hidup itu?

Tujuan hidup bukanlah arti dalam kemewahan, keglamoran, kesenangan belaka. Namun tujuan hidup adalah fase dimana kita harus dipaksa bekerja keras demi mencapai titik puncak yang kita inginkan baik untuk dunia maupun untuk akhirat. 

Pilihlah lingkungan terbaik bagi pengembangan anda menuju tujuan-tujuan anda. Analisalah hidup anda melalui lingkaran anda. Apakah hal-hal di sekitar anda membantu anda menuju sukses atau malah menahan anda? Jadi, lingkungan memiliki peranan yang besar bagi manusia termasuk menyangkut tujuan hidupnya.

Setiap orang yang ingin mencapai tujuan hidupnya harus terlebih dahulu memiliki plan untuk kedepannya. Harus memiliki rencana yang sedikit demi sedikit mulai dikembangkan hingga menjadi sesuatu yang berguna esok harinya.

Dalam menjalani kehidupan ini, selalu fokuslah dalam mencapai tujuan hidup. Akan tetapi, ikuti alur yang terjadi dalam hidup ini, seperti saat anda merasa bersedih ataupun menjadi bahagia. Setegar apapun seseorang, pasti membutuhkan waktu untuk menangis ketika merasa bersedih. Ketika Anda sudah merasa baik-baik saja, Anda bisa kembali fokus pada tujuan hidup. Dengan cara ini kamu akan merasa lebih mudah dalam mencapai kebahagiaan dari tujuan hidup yang telah berhasil dicapai.

Percayalah, usaha tidak akan mengkhianati hasil dalam usaha untuk mencapai tujuan hidup ini.

Manajemen ( Pengertian, Definisi, Fungsi, Tujuan, Unsur, Prinsip, Tingkatan )

Menurut Harold Koontz, ‘Manajemen adalah seni menyelesaikan sesuatu dan bersama orang-orang dalam kelompok yang diorganisasikan secara formal. Ini adalah seni menciptakan lingkungan di mana orang dapat melakukan dan individu dan dapat bekerja sama menuju pencapaian tujuan kelompok‘. Jadi, bisa kita simpulkan bahwa manajemen adalah proses dimana seseorang bisa menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan dengan bantuan dari orang-orang sekitar yang terorganisir.

Definisi bahasa manajemen kita ambil secara etimologi. Kata manajemen diambil dari bahasa Perancis kuno, yaitu menagement, yang artinya adalah seni dalam mengatur dan melaksanakan.

Fungsi dasar dari ilmu manajemen yaitu sebagai elemen yang harus ada dalam kegiatan manajemen sebagai acuan dari seseorang yang bertugas sebagai pengelola, atau manajer.

Fungsi manajemen menurut beberapa ahli diantaranya yaitu:

1. Menurut Henry Fayol kemudian sering disebut dengan POCCC (Planning, Organizing, Comanding, Coordinating, Controlling).

2. Menurut George R. Terry,1958 dalam bukunya Principles of Management (Sukarna, 2011: 10) membagi empat fungsi dasar manajemen, yaitu Planning (Perencanaan), Organizing (Pengorganisasian), Actuating (Pelaksanaan) dan Controlling (Pengawasan). Keempat fungsi manajemen ini disingkat dengan POAC.

Tujuan manajemen adalah memberikan pengarahan, panduan kepada para karyawan agar dapat mengevaluasi kinerja dari masing-masing karyawan tersebut agar keesokan harinya bisa menjadi lebih baik dan terampil lagi.

Ada 6 unsur yang melatarbelakangi adanya manajemen tersebut, diantaranya adalah:

1. Man ( Manusia )

2. Money ( Uang )

3. Materials ( Bahan Baku )

4. Machines ( Peralatan mesin )

5. Method ( Metode )

6. Market ( Pasar )

Manajamen memiliki prinsip-prinsip agar sukses dalam menjalankan tugasnya diantaranya yakni:

1. Pembagian tugas.

2. Otoritas dan tanggung jawab.

3. Disiplin.

4. Kesatuan komando.

5. Kesatuan arah.

6. Subordinasi kepentingan individu.

7. Pengajian.

8. Pemusatan.

Manajemen memiliki 3 tingkatan dasar, yaitu:

1. Manajemen puncak, adalah tingkat manajemen yang paling atas dan memiliki otoritas tertinggi pada sebuah organisasi perusahaan dan bertanggungjawab langsung kepada pemilik perusahaan. 

Manajemen puncak memiliki beberapa peran dan tugas diantarnya adalah:

a. Menyusun dan menetapkan rencana perusahaan

b. Menentukan tujuan perusahaan

c. Mengatur manajemen yang berada dibawah posisi manajemen puncak

2. Manajemen tengah berada pada tengah tengah dari hirarki manajemen pada sebuah perusahaan.

a. Menjalankan perintah, kebijakan, rencana yang telah disusun oleh manajemen puncak

b. Memberi saran atau rekomendasi kepada manajemen puncak

3. Manajemen lini pertama adalah tingkatan manajemen yang paling rendah dalam sebuah perusahaan.

Study From Home

Its March, the month when corona bloom in Indonesian. Because it, the government ordered people to stay in home. The government enact working from home, studying frome home, and etc.

Many people buy mask in large quantities. Handsanitizer, household material like sugar, rice, egg and all about it buy too. The government ordered people to stay in home from 16th March.

I'm a student of High School in Purwosari. I want to tell you about experience and what i feel when i study in home.

To be honest, for a week i'm feeling good. I feel better when we are must study in home. Because this is feel more relax. We can study with eat, drink, etc. We can too saving energy for help mother or father.

For a week i doing what i want. For example, i make a cake, listening music, read romantic novel, and don't forget to study. I really enjoyed it all.

We can too doing family time. Talking about that any problem. Sharing experience on school, working place, neighbors. When we are rarely doing this with family.

I think we should also take the positive impact of corona. For example, when adolescent free promiscuity we are must limit interaction. When a family rarely for a meet, we are must stay in home.

And don't forget to keep healthy. Always washing your hand, use your mask if you out from home. And if you can, stay in home. Don't forget to pray too. Asking God to give a healthy body.

Give up! We can against Corona!

Badan Usaha Milik Daerah

1. Definisi BUMD
BUMD (Badan Usaha Milik Daerah) merupakan badan usaha yang dikelola, dibina dan diawasi oleh pemerintah daerah. 

2. Ciri-Ciri BUMD
- Pemerintah daerah memegang hak atas segala kekayaan dan usaha.
- Pemerintah daerah berkedudukan sebagai pemegang saham dalam pemodalan perusahaan.
- Pemerintah daerah memiliki wewenang dan kekuasaan dalam menetapkan kebijakan perusahaan.

3. Peranan BUMD:
- Mengolah potensi ekonomi daerah.
- Meningkatkan perekonomian dan perkembangan daerah.
- Meningkatkan kapasitas produksi kerja.
- Penyedia barang bernilai ekonomis yang tidak mampu diproduksi oleh swasta.

- Sebagai instrumen daerah untuk menata perekonomian daerah.

- Pihak yang mengelola berbagai aset dan sumber daya alam daerah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat.

- Menghadirkan pelayanan prima bagi masyarakat luas.

- Berkontribusi dalam kemajuan sektor bisnis yang belum dilirik oleh swasta.

4. Kelebihan dan Kekurangan BUMD:
A. Kelebihan BUMD:
1) Meringankan beban pengeluaran konsumsi masyarakat melalui penetapan harga produk karena memperoleh subsidi dari pemerintah.
2) Pengelolaannya oleh tenaga kerja yang berasal dari daerah setempat.
3) Dalam pengumpulan modal tidak sukar karena modal berasal dari kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan.

4) BUMD dikelola oleh suatu direksi dan yang ditunjuk pemerintah dan RUPS sehingga lebih berhati-hati dan profesional.

B. Kekurangan BUMD:
1) Karena pengelola ditunjuk oleh pemerintah, kemampuan dan keahlian dalam mengelolanya menyebabkan sering menderita kerugian.
2) Penetapan harga ditentukan sepihak oleh perusahaan, bukan melalui mekanisme pasar.
3) Pendirian BUMD sangat sulit karena harus melalui peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

5. Contoh BUMD Yang Memberikan Pengaruh Besar di Indonesia:

- Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD)

- Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM)
- Perusahaan Daerah Angkutan Kota (bus kota)

Badan Usaha Milik Negara

1. Definisi BUMN
Menurut Undang-undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 Tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara adalah “Badan Usaha Milik Negara, yang selanjutnya disebut BUMN, adalah badan usaha yang seluruh atau sebagian besar modalnya dimiliki oleh negara melalui penyertaan secara langsung yang berasal dari kekayaan negara yang dipisahkan”.

2. Ciri-Ciri BUMN
Berikut merupakan ciri-ciri BUMN
- Pemerintah memiliki wewenang dan kekuasaan penuh untuk menetapkan kebijakan BUMN
- Laba BUMN merupakan sumber penerimaan APBN
- Sebagai sumber pemasukan negara.
- Segala risiko ditanggung pemerintah.
- Melayani kepentingan  umum & pelayanan publik.
- Saham bisa dimiliki masyarakat.
- Produknya dibutuhkan masyarakat.

3. Fungsi dan Peranan BUMN

Fungsi dan peranan BUMN adalah sebagai berikut :
- Menjadi badan usaha pelopor
- Laba BUMN sebagai salah satu sumber penerimaan negara

- Sebagai penyedia barang ekonomis dan jasa yang tidak disedikan oleh swasta
- Merupakan alat pemerintah dalam menata kebijakan perekonomian
- Sebagai pengelola dari cabang-cabang produksi sumber daya alam untuk masyarakat banyak
- Sebagai penyedia layanan dalam kebutuhan masyarakat
- Sebagai penghasil barang dan jasa demi pemenuhan orang banyak
- Sebagai pelopor terhadap sektor-sektor usaha yang belum diminati oleh pihak swasta
- Penghasil devisa negara
- Pembantu dalam pengembangan usaha kecil koperasi,
- Pendorong dalam aktivitas masyarakat terhadap diberbagai lapangan usaha.

4. Kelebihan dan Kekurangan BUMN
A . Kelebihan:

- BUMN menyediakan barang dan jasa kepada pihak publik dengan tujuan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat.

- Usaha yang dijalankan terdapat dalam sektor yang menguasai hajat hidup orang banyak.
- Memberikan bantuan terhadap usaha lain agar mampu berjalan lebih baik.
- Dapat menghasilkan keuntungan secara langsung atau tidak langsung terhadap kemajuan perekonomian nasional.
B. Kekurangan:

- Keberlangsungan hidup badan ini tergantung dengan niat para penentu kebijakan.

- Rawan terjadinya korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme (KKN)
- Karena tujuan badan usaha ini yaitu memeberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, namun karena hal tersebut dalam pelaksanaannya seperti tidak membutuhkan keefisiensian.

5. Contoh BUMN Yang Sukses di Indonesia

- Bank Rakyat Indonesia.

- Bank Mandiri.
- Kereta Api Indonesia.
- Pertamina.
- Jasa Marga.
- Telkom Indonesia.

The Biggest Cultural Museum in Malang

Malang Raya now has a large and magnificent Cultural Museum. The ganesya Museum is named, an acronym for the Indonesian Cultural Title.

The museum is located on Graha Kencana Real Estate, Jl Balearjosari, Malang.

In the Ganesya Museum, you can find:
-  Various artifacts ( historical heritage objects ) such as Tosan Aji ( traditional heirloom weapons )
- Pataka ( symbol of the legitimacy the royal office )
- Beads
- Fragments
- Terracota ( pottery )
- Bronze objects statues
- and inscriptions which are manifestations of the glory of the nation in the past especially from the Kingdom of Singosari and Majapahit.

The masks and Puppets shown included the banner mask, mask, shadow puppets, klitik puppets, beber puppets, gedog puppets, puppets show ( tengul, pakuan, smack ).

Collections about the spread of Islam in Javanese land by wayang media also exist in the Ganesya Museum, such as Wali Songo puppet show, mask of Menak, and wayang Potehi Admir Cheng Ho.

Malin Kundang in Happy Ending

Once upon a time there was an old mother and her son. Her son is called Malin Kundang. They are very poor.

His father of Malin Kundang was dead when drown in the sea. When Malin Kundang's grow up, he want to work hard to make his mother happy.

A few years later, Malin Kundang ask to his mother to work in outside the island. His mother is disgusting.

The next day, Malin Kundang go to there. When Malin Kundang leave his mother alone, his mother always has waited Malin.

Every ship is coming, his mother always approached it. She's so missing Malin Kundang.

Every morning she hope that God grant her prayer. She hope that she can look her son; Malin Kundang. She hope that she can hug and kiss her son.

And 3 years later, society in village hear that any luxurious ship. Owner of this ship look sharing food for poor people.

His mother hear that go to the sea. She search her son and hope then pray "I wish you in here Malin, i miss you so much hiks hiks hiks. I can't live without you."

Then she look Malin; her son! She look so happy. She crying with touched feel.

And wait- Malin Kundang with his wife. Oh she's so pretty.

Malin Kundang and his wife go to his mother. Malin hug his mother and say sorry and missing his mother.

He want to surprise his mother!

Malin Kundang take his mother to go with him and his family. They are go with a luxurious ship. They look so happy.

Mother of Malin Kundang look crying because she is so missing her son and then they are meet.

On the trip, Malin Kundang's wife ask to Malin Kundang's mother to talk. They are look cheerfull. His mother loved them so much.

Arriving in the kingdom. They are life happiness.
